Lamp? How so?
You can take an instrument and put the wires through it and create a lamp. I think this would be great fun. The instrument doesn’t have the necessary keys —no left F or low Bb— to make it worth purchasing for playing (and I suspect it’s not a decent instrument even without those missing keys). People have been known to buy instruments at garage sales and make lamps from them. It sounds like fun to me!
Peter Cooper has an oboe lamp. I’ve been wanting one for years! A friend of mine has a clarinet lamp.
