… with Strike up the Band and Me (from “Beauty and the Beast”) as a sort of MedleyInTheHead™ is not a good sign for the day.

    I played 6 days of Beauty and the Beast a few weeks ago for my high school. I still cannot get Me out of my head.

    Gee, that’s a bit scary! You mean this’ll stick WITH me!?

    (I played the tour when it came through SF back in 2000 … I can’t remember how long the tunes were in my head back then. I’m sure they didn’t immediately disappear, though.)

    I would always get at least one (and usually more of a mismatched medley) stuck in my head when I did a show. Sometimes they would last until I did the next one, too.

    Yep. I get ‘em too. At times they also invade my dreams. Sigh.
