@stephenfry I know someone who plays the hecklephone. It’s like a cross between an oboe and a bassoon. :)

(Yes, I have a series going this time. One more for tomorrow and I’ll stop. Maybe.)

    Well, I kinda get that, though at first I thought a big “huh?”. I mean, it looks more like an oboe, but is in the range of the bassoon, right?

    I think so … and I do understand why someone would say that. Mostly, though, I’d just say it’s a weird instrument.

    Oh. But oboe & bassoon are both weird, eh?
